5-10 hours of instruction and activities for middle school students 6th-8th grade.

So, You Want To Be a YouTube Star utilizes a curriculum that is engaging and relevant to youth while reinforcing scholastic standards and provides access to curriculum topics that are often under-taught in schools.

Youth learn and participate in activities focused on:

  • Social Media Mastery: how to develop their social media channel, build an audience, and create content.
  • Marketing and organic audience growth.
  • Leadership and professional relationship development skills.
  • How to make money via social media and other digital opportunities.


Curriculum meets the PA Standards for Entrepreneurship for up to 8th, grade.

This program also meets PA State Academic Standards in categories including Technology and Society; Markets and Economic Systems; Career Preparation; Writing; and Communication at the 8th grade level.

Entrepreneurs & Influencers

10-20 hours of instruction and activities for high school students.


Focused on entrepreneurship and leadership skills, this program prepares students for a meaningful career as a business owner. At the end of the program students have created their first business plan.

Topics include:

Intro to Entrepreneurship: Risks, Rewards, Characteristics, and Profiles of Entrepreneurs

Defining Your Business Idea and Competitive Research

Business Operations, Funding, Income Streams, and Legal Fundamentals

Branding, Communications, Marketing: Your Voice and Visibility

Manage Your Money: Revenue Streams and Generating Income

Curriculum meets the PA Standards for Entrepreneurship for up to 12th grade.

This program also supports PA State Academic Standards in categories including Technology and Society; Markets and Economic Systems; Career Preparation; Writing; and Communication at the 12th grade level.
